1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Dot website (th3dot.app), the Telegram Mini App, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions) to use the Service.
- You must have a valid Telegram account.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Users in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions may be prohibited from accessing certain features (e.g., token claims).
3. Account & Access
- Your account is created automatically when you first open the Mini App via Telegram.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
- One account per person. Multi-accounting, botting, or automated access is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
4. DOT Points
- DOT points are in-app units earned through tapping, completing tasks, referrals, daily rewards, and other gameplay mechanics.
- DOT points have no monetary value and are not cryptocurrency, securities, or any form of legal tender.
- Points cannot be purchased, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for real-world currency.
- We reserve the right to adjust point balances, earning rates, and multipliers at any time for balancing or anti-abuse purposes.
- Points may be converted to $DOT tokens in a future airdrop event, subject to eligibility criteria (see Section 6).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Service
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
- Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Engage in fraudulent referral activity (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts)
- Circumvent rate limits, energy caps, or other anti-abuse measures
- Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Violations may result in immediate account termination, point forfeiture, and permanent ban without refund or compensation.
6. Future $DOT Token & Airdrop
- We plan to launch a $DOT token and distribute it via airdrop to eligible participants.
- Eligibility may require: active gameplay participation, TON wallet connection, and KYC verification.
- The token generation event, distribution mechanics, total supply, and timeline are subject to change without notice.
- There is no guarantee that a token will be launched or that any airdrop will occur. Do not use the Service with the sole expectation of financial return.
- We are not responsible for any financial loss related to the $DOT token, including market volatility, exchange delistings, or regulatory actions.
- KYC verification will be required to claim airdrop tokens. Users who fail KYC will not receive tokens.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, branding, graphics, and music, is owned by The Dot team.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without written permission.
- The Dot name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of The Dot project.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram, RapidAPI, and TON blockchain. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
- Leaderboard rankings, rewards, and gameplay mechanics may change at our sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dot team, its affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dot team from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
